Just curious if this print is a drawing or a line etch. Strong content, and it could make a very strong series if you so choose.

So many great details in this etching. It forces the viewer to slow down and really look at everything within the depicted environment of war. To really acknowledge warfare and its injustice. I agree with Jessalyn - would make a fantastic series.

The directional lines are very strong. Maybe adding some more values could help this print really stand out? I like the vertical barrier you have created in the middle, showcases war on one side and death on the other...

I'm not sure if I remember talking about this in class or not, but did you say this was a drypoint? The details of it are fantastic!

I really like that you did this all in dry point... it adds a softness that a line etch in the acid can sometimes compromise. Very nicely done!

Tony, your line etch details are great! I like the complex action within the print. Keeps me moving around

the softness of this piece provides a rigid contrast to it's content. The fact that that is a drypoint it quite the testament to your patience
